When you become a supporter of Kulshan Community Land Trust, you have the first ever chance to name one of Boundary Bay Brewery’s beer! The Kulshan Community Land Trust (CLT) has pledged to raise $15,000 in new and renewed memberships for affordable homeownership in our community. If they meet their goal by November 30th, Boundary Bay has pledged to create a “House” beer in honor of Kulshan CLT.
Kulshan Community Land Trust strenghtens community by holding land in trust for permanently affordable homeownership and other community needs, and by offering financial and educational services to people of limited means. The Community Land Trust is a membership organization, which means it is only as strong as its members. You can help create affordable housing in Whatcom County by becoming a member. Kulshan Community Land Trust is a non-profit, community based organization with an open membership and a democratically elected board of trustees.
Here’s how it works: if you donate $100 or more to the Community Land Trust by November 30th you will become a member of Kulshan Community Land Trust, get to submit your suggestion for the name of the Kulshan CLT “House” beer, AND enter your name in a drawing for a $100 gift card to Boundary Bay! You can make your donation online or pick up a pledge form in the Community Land Trust lobby.
