At Boundary Bay Brewery we try to pay as much attention to our food as we do our beer. And, while we know that everyone has tried and true favorites here, we also know that it never hurts to try something new every once in awhile. We like to keep things interesting…and one way we do that is to have a rotating, seasonal dessert menu. Donica Burnett, our dessert chef, has developed five new treats to tempt your palette and if you’d like to sample more of her works, be sure to check out her Bantam Cakes stall at the Bellingham Farmers Market every Saturday!
