Come celebrate Earth Day with us here at Boundary Bay Brewery on Wednesday, April 22nd! Our chefs have created a special, three course menu complete with beer and food pairings to tempt you on Earth Day. The appetizer will be Penn Cove Mussels in a spicy tomato broth, served with grilled bread from Breadfarm. Our entree is a pappardelle pasta from Pastazza served with local mushrooms and bison tenderloin from Lone Boot Ranch in Ferndale. As a sweet finale, the dessert will be a jam tart made with local frozen strawberries (from Remlinger Farms in Carnation, WA) and fresh local mint, in a honey crust and topped with a hand made honey ice cream made from Guilmette Honey produced right here in Bellingham!
