Saturday, October 30 and Sunday, October 31, Boundary Bay Brewery & Bistro invites you to don your costumes and come on down to the taproom to celebrate Halloweekend 2010: two nights of thrills, chills and excellent local live music!
Halloweekend 2010 kicks off Saturday, October 30th with live music by up and coming Bellingham rockers They Hibernate (who will celebrating the release of their debut ep), Misfits tribute band Horror Business, the folk punk sounds of Baltic Cousins (featuring members of Black Eyes and Neckties and the Russians), and the always entertainingly manic No-Fi Soul Rebellion. The music starts at 10pm and there is a $6 cover.
Halloweekend 2010 continues on Sunday, October 31 with an evening of the music of David Bowie performed by Bellingham’s best Bowie tribute band, Scary Monster and the Super Creeps! Music starts at 9:30pm and there is a $4 cover. Costumes are encouraged and welcomed whether you will be attending one or both nights of the celebration.
So lackluster that it needs a quick fix in it’s final hours?
So middling and forgettable that it needs to end in a way that won’t escape your memory in the coming years?
So incredibly spectacular that it needs to end with a bang?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then Boundary Bay Brewery has THE New Year’s Eve party for you! With live music courtesy of two of Bellingham’s most party starting musical outfits, No-Fi Soul Rebellion and GNS & The Reparations, the freshest dance cuts from the current and previous millennium spun by DJ Idlhnds, a midnight keg drop (Bellingham’s own version of a Times Square tradition) and plenty of delicious Boundary Bay Brewing Co. beer, 2009 will end just like you need it to: with the best party of the year!
