Compassionate Friends All Ages Benefit Concert at Boundary Bay Brewery

This Sunday, September 5, following Trivia in the beer garden, Boundary Bay Brewery will be playing host to an all ages benefit concert for Compassionate Friends featuring live performances by So Adult, Burn Up and No-Fi Soul Rebellion.
Compassionate Friends is a non-profit organization formed 40 years ago in England to assist families toward the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child of any age and to provide information to help others be supportive. Today more than 600 chapters serving all 50 states plus Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico offer friendship, understanding, and hope to bereaved parents, siblings, grandparents, and other family members during the natural grieving process after a child has died.

The benefit will feature performances by local rock ‘n roll upstarts So Adult, Sean Meyer’s (of Scary Monster and the Super Creeps fame) newest band Burn Up, and local music institution, and all ages favorite No-Fi Soul Rebellion.

The show is all ages with doors opening at 7:30pm and a $3 cover.  Click here to view the Facebook event invitation.
