an homage to the 3-B

Boundary Bay Brewery has just recently unveiled it’s newest brewing experiment…the 3-B beer! Our brewers decided to name this light style American Ale (with a 3.7% alcohol by volume) after the Bellingham Bay Brewery which operated in Bellingham until the business was forced to close during prohibition.

A favorite haunt of Bellinghamsters was also named after the Boundary Bay Brewery…the 3B bar that closed in 2005. A place whose presence is still missed in this town!

Come on down to the Boundary, grab a seat on the deck or out in the garden and celebrate summer with this refreshing, light beer that brings to mind the great places of Bellingham’s past that are, sadly, no longer with us.
